Refund policy

We offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty on all bikes.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Returns are only accepted for major faults or damage on arrival.

Change of mind returns are not accepted once the bike has been used.

All approved returns must be sent back in original packaging.
